Research and Personal Interests
I am motivated by research questions pertaining to soft materials. I am particularly interested in the assembly of polymeric structures and the design of self-healing and responsive properties.
Prior to graduate school, I worked in industry designing and synthesizing biopolymer hydrogels to improve the material properties of sustainable food products.
Outside of the lab, I enjoy trail running, cooking, thrifting, and adventuring outdoors.
