Ahmed Biby
Graduate Student • Musgrave Group

Education

  • Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering with Energy & Renewable Energy Concentration, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt, 2016
  • Master of Science in Nanotechnology, The American University in Cairo, Cairo, Egypt, 2020

Research Interests

Computational materials science for sustainable technologies and quantum materials.

Personal Interests

For Ahmed, the practicality of accessing the computational research resources anytime from anywhere is a priceless perk of being a computational materials science researcher. Aside from the geeky in-silico adventures, Ahmed enjoys natural sightseeing, especially mountains and water bodies, with his family. In Boulder, Ahmed adores commuting on bike, where the Flatirons are everywhere.
